I chose the Hilton Garden for its proximity to Mallory Square, a place I truly wanted to visit. However, the shuttle service pleasantly surprised me, and the Garden Grille's delicious food and cocktails were a delightful bonus.
Lack of cleanliness and enforcement of safety measures.

Great location for Fantasy fest with easy shuttle, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean swimming pool and bar.
Felt privileged, no reason to complain.

we stayed at a hotel and the staff were fantastic! anytime we had questions or needed something sent to the room, they made it happen and made our stay feel valued. other staff were very nice and helpful as well. property was nice, a bit far from downtown but the pool and bar were excellent. paid for a poolside room and the pool was visibility blocked by bushes and gates. i want a refund of that extra money.
